The phone is answered around the clock
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
Free to you, start to finish
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Staunton area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
What this page does not promise
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
